3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with our services as outlined in the pricing section of our website or service documentation. Payments will be processed through the approved payment channels and are due as specified at the time of booking or service request.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be granted on a merit basis after a complaint has been lodged and reviewed by Boocme (Pty) Ltd. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the completion or scheduled delivery of the service in question. Refunds will not be considered after this period.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Boocme (Pty) Ltd makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, reliability, or performance of any third-party services.

In no event shall Boocme (Pty) Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use third-party services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data provided by you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, Boocme (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for the handling or processing of your data by third-party service providers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments or obligations will remain due. Access to third-party services will also cease upon termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration conducted in Mbombela, South Africa.

10. Modifications to the Terms

Boocme (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to clients. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
